Assistant Nutrition Correspondent for the LearnSmart Nutrition Project
Supervisor- Dr. Marsha Spence (University of Tennessee)
Represented the University of Tennessee while collaborating with faculty and students from universities nation wide to develop an interactive learning tool based on the introductory-level nutrition course textbook. The learning tool will be sold with the updated version of the textbook within the CD that accompanies the text.
Responsibilities included:
- Selecting important nutrition topics within each assigned chapter.
- Developing test questions, based on Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning, for the approved selected nutrition topics.
